Rehan Anjum – CFO / Company Secretary: Rehan is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Standard Chartered Leasing Limited. Rehan join SCLL in July 2008. Rehan is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining the SCLL he has hands down experience of Auditing of Leasing companies, Banking companies and other Financial Institutions. He had his own practice / Chartered Accountancy consultancy firm.

Rabia Tasneem – Head of Credit: Rabia is responsible for the development and execution of leasing products for the southern region. She is incharge of two branch offices; namely, Karachi and Hyderabad. Rabia joined Standard Chartered Modaraba as Head of Structured Products in 2007. She is at present on Secondment with Standard Chartered Leasing Limited since May 2008. She has a professional working experience of over 16 years in diversified fields including 8 years experience in the financial sectors. Prior of joining Standard Chartered Group she has worked with ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited; Citibank N.A; ABM Data Systems. Rabia is an MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila Philippine with majors in Strategic Management and Marketing Research.

Syed Arif Raza – Head of Recovery/Collection & CAD: Raza joined SCLL in October 2009 as a Head of Remedial and Recovery/Collection. He brings with him diversified exposure of leasing industry. He has over 20 years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Credit, Recovery, Treasury and Risk Management. He worked in senior positions in different Leasing companies as Director/Company Secretary in General Modarba Services (Pvt) Ltd managers of First General Leasing Modaraba, CEO in Eastern Capital Limited (Brokerage House/Investment Advisor Company), General Manager South in Grays Leasing ltd etc. Raza did MBA, CPA from US, ORACLE financial from Pakistan, and IFRS certifications from Institute of Chartered Accountant Canada.

Salman Dogar – Head of Marketing (North): Salman joined SCLL in first quarter of this year as Regional Manager North. He is in charge of five Branches in Punjab and NWFP. He was the CFO / Business Head of First Punjab Modarba. He has fifteen years of experience in all areas of Banking and finance covering Bank of Punjab and First Punjab Modarba. He is an MBA Gold Medallist, MSc stats and DIABP. He is member the Executive Committee of Modarba Association of Pakistan for 2005-2007.

Muhammad Essa – Head of Marketing (South): As Credit & Marketing Head, South Region, Essa is responsible for the development and execution of leasing products for the southern region. He is incharge of one branch office i.e. Karachi. Essa joined Standard Chartered Leasing as Senior Relationship Manager in 2009. He has a professional working experience of over 17 years in diversified fields including 12 years experience in the financial sectors. Prior of joining Standard Chartered Leasing he has worked with IGI Investment Bank, Saudi Pak Leasing Company and Network Leasing Ltd. Essa is an MBA with majors in Banking & Finance, he is also a part qualified ICMA.

Farhat Ansari – Head of Legal & Compliance /HR: Farhat joined SCLL in July 2007. Farhat has rich experience in her legal profession. She had been actively associated with reputable law firms like Mandviwala and Zafar, Attorneys and Mansoor Ahmed Khan & Company, Advocates and legal consultants. She is Member of the High Court Bar Association of Sindh and Member of the Karachi Bar Association.

Farhat is responsible for the complete management and execution of all existing litigations of defaulting customers. Her hands down valuable counsel in legal strategic planning has been a source of strength and success for SCLL. She also Manage Human Resource Department by implementing Group HR policies and procedures.

Asif Muhammad – Head of Information Technology: Asif joined SCLL in the April 2005. He has 12 years professional experience in financial sector including 10 years experience in Leasing Sector. Asif did his graduate from University of Karachi in 2002. He has also completed various IT professional courses. He joined Leasing Sector in 2000 as MIS In-charge. Prior to SCLL, Asif worked for Universal Leasing Corporation Limited as Assistant Manager I.T +M.I.S In-charge.

Syed Moosa Raza – Head of Internal Audit: Moosa joined SCLL in the year 2011 as the Head of Internal Audit. He is responsible to develop an independent in-house Internal Audit Function in SCLL and aligning the function with the Group.

He is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Prior to joining SCLL, Moosa was working as an Associate Consultant in A. F. Ferguson & Co. (A member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) PwC Pakistan with experience of implementing BASEL II and COSO framework in the leading Financial Institutions in Pakistan. He has also audited companies operating in Manufacturing, Insurance and Banking Sectors of Pakistan.
